The spectrometers are located in a newly constructed wooden building that has been optimized for operating high field spectrometers up to 900 MHz. In particular, magentic and metallic materials were avoided in the course of construction and, special vibration damping and heavy insulation were used. The NMR-facility has a sophisticated air conditioning system that allows to maintain stable temperature and humidity at all times. Further, pure and dry pressured air and pressured nitrogen gas are produced on-site. Backup systems for air, nitrogen, and power are available to ensure continuous operation of the spectrometers. Pictures of the new NMR-facility are available here. The spectrometer laboratory has recently been approved with security level S2 status (600 MHz, 700 MHz, 800 MHz).
